Season tickets and half season tickets are available on Fanbase. For children aged 13 to 16, a season ticket is included in their membership.
When ordering on Fanbase, you have the option to select a physical card for an extra £5. This option is only available at the start of the season. If you have ordered one, we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect from the ticket office.
Tickets can be purchased online through Fanbase. On matchdays, the ticket office is also open for Tuesday and Saturday home games where you can pay by card or cash. Please note: there are no payments on the turnstiles.
Saturday home games: 1pm – 2.30pm
Tuesday home games: 6pm – 7.15pm
Men’s first team league games: £13 adults, £10 concessions, £5 ages 10–17, free for under-10s (please still get a ticket so it can be scanned).
Women’s league games: free for all – but please still book via Fanbase.
Cup competitions: prices may vary. Please check Fanbase for details.
Saturday and Tuesday games: please go to the gate near the ticket office. A steward will scan your ticket and let you in.
Sunday games: if the main door is closed, press the doorbell (left of the entrance) and a member of staff will assist.
If a fixture is postponed and later rearranged, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the new date being announced.
To request a refund, please email ticketing@htfc.co.uk with your name and booking details so we can process this for you. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be completed.
No – Keys Park is unallocated seating. Please arrive early to secure your favourite spot.
On-site parking is very limited at Keys Park and car parking spaces are allocated in advance. A few spaces can be pre-booked via Fanbase (£5 per space). A small number of blue badge spaces are also available.
These go on sale at 6pm, two days before each home game.
We encourage fans to car share and find alternative parking. Please be respectful to our neighbours in the local area.

The shop is open every Saturday home game (1pm–2.55pm) and Tuesday home game (6pm–7.40pm). We also open at special events – these will be announced on social media.
Dogs are welcome at some games, but this is decided on a match-by-match basis. Dogs are not allowed if it is a segregated game. If you’d like to bring your dog, please contact the club in advance to check. Assistance dogs are always permitted at Keys Park.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the seated stands. Designated smoking areas will be available soon.
Yes. We run official coach travel to all league away games (except Rushall Olympic). Tickets are available via Fanbase at £25 per person, or £20 for Club 1880 members. Our official away travel is open to supporters of all ages. Anyone aged 18 and over is welcome to travel independently, while those aged 17 and under can join the trip when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Memberships for adults and children can be purchased on Fanbase. For children aged 14–17, please ensure a parent/guardian mobile number is linked in Fanbase (via ‘settings’ > ‘edit’).
Men’s team: we do not accept trial applications. Recruitment is through our scouting network, data analysis, and trusted contacts. If trial opportunities arise, we will advertise them.
Women’s team: recruitment days are advertised on our channels throughout the season.
Mascot packages (individual or team) can be purchased via Fanbase for every home game.
