Matchday Information

Whether you’re a home supporter or visiting us for the first time, we want your matchday at Keys Park to be as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. Below is all the key information you’ll need ahead of the game. This page will be updated for each fixture if there are any changes or additional details to share. You can also find other frequently asked questions online.

Tickets

Tickets for all home fixtures are available online via Fanbase. If you’re an away fan, please purchase an away ticket. Buy matchday tickets here.

Prices

1st Team League Games:

  • Adults: £13
  • Concessions: £10 (Over 65s, students with valid ID)
  • Children (10–16 years): £5
  • Under 10s: Free (must be accompanied by a paying adult or season ticket holder – ticket must still be obtained via Fanbase or from the ticket office on the day)
  • Buy your half season ticket here (league fixtures only)

Other fixture prices will be updated on Fanbase match by match.

Free to attend

Entry to the ground

  • There is no cash or card payment at the turnstiles. Entry is via QR code / prepaid ticket only.
  • The Ticket Office is open for on-the-day purchases between 6.00pm and 7.30pm on Tuesdays evening matches and 1.00pm to 2.30pm on Saturday fixtures. After this, tickets can only be purchased online.
  • We have installed self scan turnstiles in the Scoreboard corner of the stadium, these will be signposted upon entering the car park.
  • Please have your QR code ready for scanning to help speed up entry.
  • Access to the stands is from 6pm on Tuesdays and 1pm on Saturdays.
  • Late arrivals – please make yourself known to the steward at the gate by the ticket office with your ticket.

Segregation

  • For certain fixtures, supporter segregation will be in place.
  • The next match game is not segregated.

Food, drink, and facilities

  • On Tuesday and Saturdays, the Chase Suite is open before, during and after the game. On Sundays the Chase Suite is closed.
  • Strikers Bar is open from 6.30pm on Tuesdays and 2pm on Saturdays. It is closed to the public after the game. On Sundays the Strikers Bar is open before, during and after the game.
  • There are three self serve bars powered by BoltBar around the stadium (ground level).
  • Papa Johns and a burger van will be serving food (Saturday and Tuesday), as well as snacks from the bar area.
  • The Club Shop will open at the following times:
      • Tuesday fixtures: 6.00pm – 7.40pm
      • Saturday fixtures: 1.00pm – 2.55pm
      • Sunday fixtures (Ladies Team): 2pm – 2.45pm
  • Please note: In bar areas, children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Parking

  • Parking at Keys Park is very limited and all spaces are pre-allocated.
  • There is no general parking available at the ground on matchdays, and limited spaces will be released for sale at 6pm two days before a men’s fixture on Fanbase (go to the ‘ticket’ section) .
  • Supporters travelling by car must find alternative parking and are asked to be respectful to residents in neighbouring estates.
  • There are 70 car parking spaces available at the Sunflex/Dunelm unit (opposite side to the island as you enter the stadium). Each space is £5 and proceeds go to charity. First come, first served.

Matchday accreditation

  • All club officials from home or away teams must be registered before the game.
  • Away directors and guests must collect their accreditation from the front door.
  • All home accreditation and access passes are available to collect from the Ticket Office before entry (including matchday staff/volunteers, mascot and guests).
