Matchday Information
Whether you’re a home supporter or visiting us for the first time, we want your matchday at Keys Park to be as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. Below is all the key information you’ll need ahead of your upcoming visit to Keys Park Stadium.
TICKET INFORMATION
Match Tickets
Matches at Keys Park are all ticket, with ticket sales being made online through Fanbase, as well as on the day from our Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office is located on the near side of the Main Stand as you enter the stadium grounds. It opens 90 minutes before kick-off on match days, closing 10 to 15 minutes after kick-off, depending on demand.
Whether you choose to buy online or at the Ticket Office your tickets will be in the form of QR codes, which are then used on our self-scan turnstiles (see ‘Entering the Stadium’ below)
Sitting or standing?
If you are looking to sit in the Main Stand, especially in a group, we highly recommend purchasing online in advance. Due to demand and season tickets we cannot guarantee tickets will still be available on a matchday.
If you wish to stand, the Wimblebury Terrace stretches the length of the Keys Park pitch, with the Heath Hayes End being behind the goal. Both terraces are the same price, just be aware of the stand you would like to be situated in prior to purchasing.
Purchasing your tickets:
You can purchase match tickets on Fanbase here.
Our Ticket Office opens 90 minutes before kick-off on match days, closing 10 to 15 after kick-off. After this closure point tickets can only be purchased through Fanbase.
Away Supporters
Away supporters are allocated the Hednesford End of Keys Park on matchdays, with access to covered seating as well as uncovered hard-standing areas.
This allocation may be extended into the Wimblebury Terrace where necessary.
Buying away tickets:
Away match tickets are not publicly visible on our Fanbase and only accessible using a link that will be shared with the opposition club to promote in the lead-up to the fixture.
Away supporters can also purchase tickets from the Ticket Office on the day of the game, they will just need to explain to our Ticket Office team that they wish to purchase an away ticket.

Entering the Stadium
Once you have purchased your ticket(s), Keys Park Stadium can be accessed through our self-scan turnstiles.
We have three turnstile access points around Keys Park.
Home Supporters – We have two access points (two turnstiles on each) for home supporters, located next to our Club Shop and behind the Heath Hayes End.
Away Supporters – Four turnstiles are located behind the Hednesford End. When entering the Keys Park grounds, turn left and walk to the far end of the car park.
Should a match be segregated, away tickets will only work in the Scoreboard Corner.
Self-scanning your ticket
You can access Keys Park simply by showing the QR code on your printed ticket/phone to the reader below the screens.
When done correctly and with a valid ticket, this will unlock the turnstile and allow you to pass through and into the stadium.
If you have any issues, a steward will be located at each entry point who can offer support.
HOSPITALITY AND MATCHDAY EXPERIENCES
Match hospitality
As the Chase Room is needed as a matchday bar, during the construction of Keys Corner, hospitality will become available upon the completion of Keys Corner.
Mascot Packages
We offer mascot packages for both individual supporters and team/group bookings.
These packages go live at the same time as the match tickets, on a month by month basis, in the final week of the prior month.
To book, select the ‘Hospitality’ option for the match you wish to purchase for and the options will become available.
GETTING TO KEYS PARK
By car
Get directions to Keys Park from your current location: Click Here
From the North: Keys Park is located approximately 6 miles from Junction 12 of the M6.
From the South: Keys Park is located approximately 7 miles from Junction 11 of the M6.

By bus
Two buses from Cannock Bus Station stop within half a mile of Keys Park.
Chaserider’s #60 bus route between Cannock Bus Station and Lichfield stops approximately 0.3 miles from Keys Park.
Ask the driver for a ticket to Levetts Hollow.
Select Bus Services’ #23 runs from Cannock Bus Station to Pye Green Academy and stops approximately 0.4 miles from Keys Park.
Ask the driver for a ticket to the Cross Keys.
By train
Trains to Hednesford Railway Station operate on the Chase Line, running between Rugeley Trent Valley and Walsall/Birmingham New Street stations.
The station is 1.2 miles from Keys Park and an approximately 25-30 minute walk.

MATCHDAY PARKING
NEW: Kingsmead School Partnership
Hednesford Town recently announced a new partnership with Kingsmead School, providing additional matchday parking for supporters attending fixtures at Keys Park.
This additional parking is made available to purchase in the days leading up to each match with spaces priced at £5.
Available at Kingsmead School, King’s Avenue, Hednesford, WS12 1DH, with parking areas accessed from King’s Avenue and Wood Lane. The school is approximately 0.6 miles from Keys Park, with the walking route taking around 10 minutes.
Please note; parking must be purchased in advance through Fanbase as no payment will be accepted on arrival. When purchasing, please choose the ‘Hospitality’ option for the match in question.
On-site Parking
Due to the ongoing development of our upcoming Keys Corner facility, we are currently without approximately a third of our car park spaces.
As a result, no matchday parking spaces are made available to supporters – with club staff/volunteers and parking pass holders using the spaces. Please use alternatives, such as Kingsmead School listed above.
SUPPORTER FACILITIES
Food & Beverages
Food:
A burger van is located at both ends of Keys Park Stadium, in the Fanzone between the Wimblebury Terrace and Heath Hayes End for home supporters and next to the Hednesford End for away supporters.
Beverages:
During the construction phase of our Keys Corner project, the Chase Suite is open on matchdays for home supporters. It is located on the top floor of our Main Stand and accessible via the stairs next to our Club Shop.
BoltBar self-serve units are located around the ground, with two available for home supporters and one available at the Hednesford End – making it accessible to away supporters on a matchday. We recommend installing the app (available for both iOS and Android) and adding a payment option prior to matchday.
Smoking/Vaping
In compliance with National League ground regulations Keys Park Stadium is now smoke and vape free.
Club Shop
The Club Shop at Keys Park Stadium is located on the ground floor of the modular building between our Main Stand and Heath Hayes End.
It is open pre-match on Keys Park Stadium matchdays.
Alcohol
BoltBar self-serve units are located around the ground, with two available for home supporters and one available at the Hednesford End – making it accessible to away supporters on a matchday.
