Hednesford Town can confirm that Aston Villa Women will play at Keys Park Stadium as a secondary home venue for the 2026/27 season.
Keys Park Stadium will serve as the secondary venue for home fixtures in The Subway Players Cup and Women’s FA Cup fixtures this season, subject to competition draws and scheduling.
Home of Hednesford Town FC, Keys Park Stadium has established itself as one of the standout venues in the region, located twenty miles north of Villa Park. With a capacity of more than 6,000, the stadium combines a seated Main Stand and covered and uncovered standing terraces, creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps fansclose to the action.
Recent investment has seen the venue undergo significant upgrades, including the installation of a state-of-the-art hybrid playing surface, new LED advertising boards and wider stadium improvements, ensuring Keys Park Stadium is ready to host Aston Villa Women’s participation in The Subway Players Cup and The Women’s FA Cup fixtures throughout the 2026/27 season.
Supporter coach travel between Villa Park and Keys Park, together with a shuttle service from Hednesford railway station, will be made available on matchdays subject to sufficient demand.
Pre-Season Friendly at Keys Park
Fans won’t have to wait long to experience the Club’s new secondary home venue.
Villa Women will take on West Ham United in a pre-season friendly at Keys Park Stadium on 30 August with a 2pm kick-off, giving fans the first opportunity to experience a matchday at the venue ahead of the new season.
Fans can register their interest now for coach travel and to be the first to hear when tickets become available, with more details and tickets going on general sale from Tuesday, 18 August.
