Hednesford Town is pleased to announce a new partnership with Kingsmead School, providing additional matchday parking for supporters attending fixtures at Keys Park.
The arrangement will launch this weekend for Hednesford Town’s match against Brackley Town on Saturday 17 October and Aston Villa Women’s Barclays WSL fixture against Liverpool on Sunday 18 October.
Parking is available at Kingsmead School, King’s Avenue, Hednesford, WS12 1DH, with parking areas accessed from King’s Avenue and Wood Lane. The school is approximately 0.6 miles from Keys Park, with the walking route shown on the accompanying map.
Parking information:
– £5 per vehicle.
– Parking must be purchased through Fanbase.
– No payments will be accepted at the car park.
– Saturday’s car park opens at 1pm for the 3pm kick-off.
– For fixtures kicking off at 7.45pm, the car park opens at 6pm.
The partnership forms part of the club’s ongoing work to improve matchday arrangements as attendances grow and development continues at Keys Park. Providing additional parking also helps reduce pressure on nearby residential streets and supports a more considerate matchday experience for the local community.
Hednesford Town CEO Marvin Robinson said:
“We’re pleased to be working with Kingsmead School to provide an additional parking option for visitors to Keys Park, and grateful for their support.
“As the club grows, we have a responsibility to improve the experience for supporters while being considerate of our neighbours. This partnership is a practical step towards both, giving supporters somewhere to park and helping reduce pressure on nearby residential streets.
“Please help us make the arrangement a success by booking through Fanbase, following staff directions and respecting the school grounds and surrounding neighbourhood.”
Supporters are reminded that the previous Sunflex/Dunelm parking arrangement is no longer available.
Please use the designated parking areas, keep neighbouring driveways and access routes clear, and follow directions from staff on arrival and departure.
This weekend at Keys Park:
Saturday 17 October: Hednesford Town v Brackley Town – 3pm kick-off.
Sunday 18 October: Aston Villa Women v Liverpool – 2pm kick-off.
