Hednesford Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Aaron Hayden.
The 29-year-old centre-back joins the Pitmen after spending the last two seasons with National League side Carlisle United, in his second spell with The Cumbrians.
Between those two spells, Aaron had three seasons with Wrexham and was part of the back-to-back promotion winning squads that saw The Reds go from the National League to EFL League One. He was also named as part of the 2021-22 National League Team of the Season.
His career began at Chelsea’s academy, before becoming a scholar at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

He has proven himself at the highest level of non-league football and in the Football League, and he brings a wealth of experience, leadership and quality to our squad.
