Report:
After a massive victory last time out at Hereford, the Pitmen looked to make it three wins on the bounce.
An eye-catching first half at Keys Park saw Hednesford head into the break with a two goal advantage.
The visitors took the lead with five minutes on the clock after Finn Roberts headed in at the back stick from a corner.
However, the Pitmen dominated from there on in.
Three minutes later, Danny Whitehall fired back, slotting the ball past Harrison Rhone following a delicate flick by Aaron Jarvis.
Not long after, the turnaround was complete.
A smart freekick routine was rounded off by George Ward to tap home his first goal for Hednesford.
Things looked to go from bad to worse for Brackley after Jamie Cooke was awarded a penalty after he was barged over in the box.
Whitehall stepped up but was denied by Rhone, diving to his right hand side to keep his side in the game.
Brackley almost snatched an equaliser down the other end moments later with one effort hitting the bar and the next was pushed over by a recovering Will Murdock.
After 37 minutes, the Pitmen doubled their lead through Ward, hooking home from a set piece to grab his brace.
Hednesford continued to control the game after the break.
Jarvis clipped a cross in towards Whitehall who forced another stop from Rhone to tip the ball over the bar.
With seven minutes left, Kieran Coates gave Brackley a lifeline, lifting the ball over Murdock to halve the deficit.
But the Pitmen held firm to take home all three points.
